No. Highland Villas 3 has no maintenance fees. The development uses 10-meter wide roads and Pranburi water supply, with each owner maintaining their own villa and garden.

Every villa includes a private overflow pool, fully equipped European kitchen, inverter air conditioners, modern ceiling fans in living room and patio, UPVC double-glazed doors and windows, X-shield heat-reflecting roof tiles, electronic stainless steel gates, rainshower heads, and a hot water boiler heated by the master bedroom air conditioner.
