What we set ourselves
We currently use only essential cookies — small strings stored by your browser that the site needs to render correctly and remember basic preferences (for example, whether you have dismissed a banner). We do not run any analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies.
Cookies set by embedded services
Some pages embed content from third parties. When that content loads, those services may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own policies and not by us:
- Tally — used for our contact form. See tally.so/privacy.
- Matterport — used for 3D virtual tours. See matterport.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Kuula — used for 360° tours. See kuula.co/privacy.
- Google Maps / Vimeo — used for the area map and property videos. These services may set cookies when their iframes load.
How to manage cookies in your browser
You can clear, block, or limit cookies in your browser settings. The steps differ by browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
Blocking cookies from embedded services may prevent virtual tours or the contact form from loading correctly. If something stops working, try allowing the relevant third-party cookies.
Changes
If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
